Levels

We have only 2 levels of access:

1. Collaboration Community Info
   • Information can be read by all_read & written by all_write
   • +/- all info, as much as we can
2. Circle Info
   • Information which cannot be read by full community.
   • Info can only be read by the members of the circle $circlename_read@incubaid.com
     • Written: $circlename_write@incubaid.com
   • circle name examples:
     • Freeflow.organization.it becomes freeflow__organization__it
     • . get replaced to __

We all put in @incubaid.com this to make sure we don’t make mistake

Groups admin link

Following groups exist:

• all_read@incubaid.com
  • Everyone in our ecosystem which is allowed to read only access info of level 1
  • Members:
    • all_write (but as readonly)
    • Everyone ambassador, investor, contributor to TF/FreeFlow/Veda/...
• all_write@incubaid.com
  • Members
    • Everyone who also contributes and is ambassador, investor, contributor, ... but not specific to project.
• admin@incubaid.com
  • team who does group & security administration of the full domain
• The circles as defined above
